Edmonton Design Week 2026

Edmonton Design Week

Fresh for 2026, Design Week arrives Monday October 13. The theme for this year is METHOD, and through all practices, there is a MADE-Ness in the process of design. Makers and creators will bring forth their best works that are derived through the ingenuity of humans (not machines.) A grand line up of scheduled events stretches wide and far, and they will take you to the edge of multiple design disciplines. Our main events reach deep into the human psyche, and pull out expositions that touch on systems and practices that make the world more livable, presentable, and accessible for humans. Community events explore the intricate and personal. Drawn out with great care, design is applied to the ethical, more so that what can be claimed as prototypically commercial.

Take advantage of this experience to reconnect with your inner creative self, and discover inspiration from the opening party, right through to all the logic specific community experiences. Gather, share and learn, it’s what humans do best.

Access to tickets starts now. They can be claimed off of the Edmonton Design Week (EDW) website, www.edmontondesignweek.com.

Design Makes Cities.
